At an Annual General Meeting held each year on the third Thursday in May a Board of Directors is proposed by a nominating committee and elections are called for new members. An annual financial report is given by the Chartered Accountant and is available to you the public on this site.

​

You are encouraged to attend these meetings to voice any concerns, to hear what is needed, and to discover which events are scheduled for the coming year.
