At an Annual General Meeting held each year on the third Thursday in May a Board of Directors is proposed by a nominating committee and elections are called for new members. An annual financial report is given by the Chartered Accountant and is available to you the public on this site.




You are encouraged to attend these meetings to voice any concerns and to hear what is needed and events that will take place in the ensuing year.
