Q: What Does the Victoria County Memorial Hospital Charitable Foundation do?


A: The Foundation is a registered charity that supports capital and equipment projects of the Victoria County Memorial Hospital. This is an important role because each hospital under the Nova Scotia Health Authority is responsible for 25 to 100% of the cost of any new equipment.

Q: Does the Foundation Issue Charitable tax receipts?
 

A: Yes. All tax receipts are issued in compliance with Revenue Canada Charitable laws.

Q: We are planning an event to raise money for the Foundation. What Do We Need to Know?
